The town of Kežmarok belongs to one of the most sought-after towns in the region of Spiš. Its dominating feature is the Town Castle, the new Evangelical church and the Wooden church.

Kežmarok Castle

It is the only preserved castle in the Spiš region. The first record dates back to 1463. At present it seats a museum, where one can find historical expositions recording the development of Kežmarok and its surroundings. The guided tour of the castle comprises the visit of the castle chapel and view tower, which takes app. 80 min.

The unique object of Kežmarok is the Wooden Evangelical Church from 1717, which was built without one nail. Another point of interest is also the new Evangelical thanks to its oriental culture.
